East neighborhood friend of the week: Precious & Max

Friend of the Week is a regular feature to introduce furry friends in the community who need loving and caring homes.  Please help these deserving animals find their forever guardians or consider adopting an animal yourself.  NFW East: Available for Adoption

The NFW Challenge 2012:   296 / 350 Adoptions

Precious and Max are tail-intertwined soul mates.  Although they came in to the shelter together, their lives have been very different thus far.  Max, for one, thought he had found his forever home twice.  But each time, the adopters had to return him after becoming allergic.  During that time, Precious became a wonderful mom, and her four amazing puppies were adopted very quickly.  But, that left Precious alone and very depressed.

Sometimes things happen for a reason.  Once Max came back to the shelter the second time, Precious became lively again.  Now, the two are inseparable.  They are not happy unless they are with each other.  They can spend all day together by the pool or just playing together.  They are known to their shelter as two of the best dogs who could not get along any better.  If you have room in your heart and home for two furry balls of love, Precious and Max is the pair for you.
